When you think of a healthy diet, you naturally think of exercise as part of your program. It seems that from recent studies that you can diet healthy and may not need to put out anyting else. However I think if you have a healthy weight loss diet plan you need to include some exercise to keep your body trim and firm from the excess fat you lose.
